Cancellation and Returns

We hope you all love every purchase you make from our website, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order by simply notifying us by email within 14 days of placing your order. In case you have already received your goods, you must return them to us within 30 days from the date of the order was canceled. 
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you will have proof you have sent it.It can usually take up to 21 working days for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse in Cyprus, depending on your location and which postal service you use. We will send you an email as soon as we have received your return in its original condition and will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original delivery charge). The refund typically takes 5-10 working days, depending on your bank/card issuer. All goods will be inspected on return. For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on swimwear. Exchanging Goods

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer an exchange service for your online purchases. International customers should send the products back to us, as explained in the returns policy above, and re-order your preferred item.
